And then they talk to us like children and give us stupid things like ASBO's because they're to lazy to deal with the problems some people cause. Fuck I'm younger that you so if you were to listen to the government I should be one of those chavs causing trouble.

I know; when I was with my ex, we lived in a place almost as bad as where I am now with regards to chavs and such. In both instances, no one was over the age of around 30.

Man OLP, its like they're proving their own point that young people are noisy asshole, considering you hate living around them. But that's some 1984 shit right there, forcing people to live in certain places! Thats not right!!

Well, it's not 'forcing' as such, but basically being given several choices, over time, of places that all just happen to be out of the way

What happens is, when you apply for council housing, your personal circumstances are used to total your points. You get more points for stuff like threats of homelessness, overcrowding, having children etc., and the more points you get, the quicker you will be rehoused.

However, to guarantee quick rehousing, you must risk ending up in a shit area. People living in shit areas hate it and move (or more than likely are thrown out for breaking the rules) freeing up space for someone who desperately needs someplace new to live. You are allowed to refuse the first two housing offers you are given with no consequences, but if you refuse a third, you are struck off the waiting list for 6 months and then have to reapply all over again once those 6 months are up, setting you back even further

there are options out there for people who are fed up with the current turn of events in our various cultures or societies. none of them are easy, but all of them are worth it. The trick is, deciding for yourself if its really what you want because some paths are one way roads, and cannot be gone back down if your not sure you like what you see on the other side.
