She enjoys cooking. She loves watching hells kitchen too. Watching it right now with her waiting for the oven to get done. I also enjoy helping her even though I can't seem to pick up much.

Neither of our moms taught us to cook. Her mom rarely cooked and my mom cooked a lot, but never taught me. We have a few cookbooks, but she doesn't like making something that we haven't done before. Some easy things we do often though. It works for us.
