You can pirate a version of windows xp, burn it to a disc, and then set up a partition on your mac slp.

yeah I've thought about that, but I'm super paranoid about pirating expensive software XD

back when I was a kid we had a mac and it double as a PC! but it was pretty crappy lol

I don't pay for software either. Music and movies are pirated too. Only software I've ever bought was a $3 theme for my blackberry.

why would anyone put windows on a mac? just download the Windows root shell so you can run windows programs on your mac, the downside is that running those exe and com files makes your mac vulnerable to viruses, which is why i love my mac.

besides any program you can get for windows you can get for mac, and generally cheaper.

I would put windows on my mac so I that I could play PC games, thats really the only reason

but you can play pc games on a mac... the common myth that you need windows is a falsehood. osx comes with a windows shell program that allows you to run pc programs. and if for some reason you absolutely wanted to change the operating system, lenux is a far better choice as it will also read both mac and pc programs without such a large risk of virus infection.
but seriously, unless your running an older mac, the pc shell program is written in. do not buy in to that crappy mac vs pc commercial stuff. even if you are running an older os, you can download the pc shell program from apple for like 20 bucks.

That is very interesting. See the only way I knew was about Boot Camp, which is what I'm running right now. Hmm, to think that I went to all the trouble of partitioning for nothin'.
