Microsoft, definitely... they kind of make me sick, really. -_- Would never pay for their OS'es, or anything from them. And although I'm not that read about Apple, I'd guess you're right... their customer service is terrible, to add. In Sweden, you always have a minimum warranty of a year on everything that isn't an item of consumption (not even counting clothing; clothing, too, has at least a year's warranty). However, despite that there is a law on it, Apple have refused to provide new laptops to people, here, because they failed after three months, which apparently is their warranty period in the US. And then they argued that they weren't even broken, anyway - apparently, constantly flickering LCD screens doesn't mean a faulty product, in their eyes. Sure doesn't attract me to buy anything from them if that is their quality standard. I hate companies like that... I'm so glad I've never been a customer with them. -_-;
On the other hand, Nokia, that have made the mobile I have, have released at least four firmware updates for it, since I got it, adding features and fixing a lot, and they have been easy to work with when you get problems. I just wish they'd make a really advanced, waterproof mobile that uses Android. Android is actually Linux, by the way, and Linux is always good...
