In laws want us off of the property and moving into the rent house by the first.
The gas and water are not turned on. The gas won't be inspected until the middle of next week. The water- well we have to run water lines to everything. There is no kitchen countertop. And the fridge they got is DISGUSTING. You can't walk by it without smelling how awful it is! Oh and most of the downstairs walls have exposed insulation.
And to make matters worse. We only have $100 to last us until about the 6th of Jan. Which isn't going to happen with as many trips as we have to take moving everything. (The drive between houses is an easy 45 min drive one way.) Plus I have to pick my roomates up from the airport that's 2hr drive (one way) away.
Sigh. What else sucks is the only thing I can see doing is taking back the $60 in gifts (that I'm aware of) my in laws bought for my son. Yeah, I'll get a giftcatd out of returning them, but we need the gas. And us not having a truck anymore (due to the accident) just makes that many more trips.
Cest la vie. That's the story of my life.
