Today marks two things. First thing is I have had no Soda for a month! Was hard to do, but I'm proud of myself! Been drinking mainly water, tea and apple juice.
Second thing is August 5th is my birthday. I'm 26 today. I'm a quarter of a decade old +1.
Handcuff, congrats on kicking soda. I know how difficult that can be, and I also know how much that will make weight loss easier. I occasionally get almost alcoholic-level cravings for soda, but I can usually resist them.
