Just got back from the doctor's. Before, there was a really unsympathetic old doctor, who said that anything wrong with us was self inflicted, no matter what it might be. And he had a competent nurse, and competent receptionists. But now, the entire staff have been replaced with fucking idiots.
I was waiting about 45 minutes to be seen, despite getting there 15 minutes early, and in that time the girl on reception was being rude and incompetent to everyone who phoned up, getting appointments wrong, and slagging off the entire staff for all of us to hear
The nurse was much more polite, but equally useless, and the new doctor I saw, although nice, seemed to despair of me 
As if that wasn't bad enough, on the bus coming home there were two really strange guys; one a drunken chav with a Staffy pup, the other an equally drunk, but outrageously camp guy who insisted on standing up while the bus was moving, to bump and grind his arse in what he thought was a sexy manner
When he got bored of this, he attempted to do some pole dancing, again while the bus was moving, and was singing really loudly. I think this is the only occasion where I can say that Cradle Of Filth (on my MP3 player) were an absolute godsend!
