This is one of my favourite because it totaly cover the mouth. has the gag ball. but the folder over the mouth can be removed.

Assuming the sub has no difficulty breathing through his/her nose, this gag looks pretty safe. I'd want to look at it from the front to be sure that the top strap doesn't impede the nostrils. If the sub has trouble breathing through the nose, as my slave does, this wouldn't be safe. Also, as with all gags that block the mouth, leaving the sub tied up, gagged, and alone is a bad idea.
