They encourage and justify our every move, playing on our best hopes and fears like a harp from hell. Answered Prayers is my response to those emotions-- those feelings that can bring out the ugliest sides of ourselves. Each of the five films are based on a human archetype: The Banker The Bully The Healer The Lamb The Actor Intertwined in each of the films is a family feud between two , Jinks (Jake Bass) and Malic (Max Carter), ancient beings, each fighting for the hearts and minds of mankind-- Hypocrisy, manipulation, fear, loathing, revenge, secrets, luck, and love, all highlight an epic struggle.
