Mistress Trish has slave elihu sitting on the bed, blindfolded and unable to see the sadistic brew of biting, ballbusting, and scratching She has in store. The Sadist lifts the slave's arms, bound by a rope spreader bar, over his head, tracing Her sharp nails down his arms and over his chest. The Mistress gives the slave's chest two short, sharp bites. "I'm like a shark circling your nipples, moving in for the She laughs, adding five more cruel bites as the slave moans in pain. "I'll spare your nipples, but only because I want your balls," Trish declares.
The Sadist squeezes elihu's balls tight in one hand and flicks and scratches them with the other, as She gives the other side of the slave's chest a long, vicious bite. Mistress Trish begins to kick elihu in the cock and balls repeatedly, first in Her stilettos, then with Her bare feet, and the slave grunts in agony with each blow. Happy, but irritated that elihu's drooping cock is shielding his balls from Her kicks, Trish begins to scrape the shaft with Her talons, asking the slave if that will help him get hard.
He answers yes, and to Mistress Trish's delighted surprise, elihu's cock begins to grow as She scratches it. Lifting the hard cock with Her hand, Trish gives a series of busts to the exposed balls with each foot. Twisting the cock in Her hand, Trish purrs, "Now I want to deflate it." The Sadist gives a brutal bite to elihu's stomach and begins to dig Her nails fiercely into the head of the cock.
The slave's deep groans of agony grow even louder when Trish rakes Her claws up the shaft of the cock and then slaps the dick with brutal eeing that elihu's blindfold has slipped off, the Mistress re-ties it, declaring the slave will be punished with a "good, sharp bite," though first She gives him a long series of kicks to his cock and balls.
The Sadist then bites the slave hard on his belly, and liking his pained reaction, leans in on Her side for a savage, brutal bite that lasts more than twenty seconds, with Trish joyfully taking in the wails of deep agony Her vicious jaw grip is producing. Mistress Trish then orders Her slave to stand up for the climactic phase of his Trish warms elihu up with hard scratches down the full length of his chest and arms, before grabbing and twisting his chest in a viselike grip, Her nails digging into the raw, bitten flesh and into his nipples.
The Sadist ferociously rakes the sensitive upper arm of the slave, using Her sharpest nail to tear at the raw flesh with special cruelty. She immediately sinks Her teeth into the ground meat of elihu's upper arm, gleefully laughing at his intense sobs of anguish, and then adding hard slaps to the flesh. Mistress Trish has the slave stand for his final ballbusts, and after warming elihu up with some taps, Trish increases the of Her kicks until a hard bust bends the slave over in pain.
"Can you give Me one more of those?" the Sadist asks seductively. Wordlessly, elihu stands up and presents his balls, and Trish bends him over with a solid kick. "I want one more!" Mistress Trish laughs, and the slave straightens up again for Her. Trish delivers Her hardest ballbust of the scene, and exclaims, "Beautiful!" with a glowing smile as She stands over the crumpled slave.
