Fight Babe Robin teaches Steve Tomoe Nage (stomach throw) in the first part of this video. She shows the correct way to hold your opponent's judo gi and how to step in and then throw your opponent. She also goes over safe ways to land if you are the one thrown. In the 2nd part of the video, Fight Babe Robin and Steve have a match in which they must use Tomoe Nage as the take down. This was a very tough fight that I'm sure mixed wrestling fans will enjoy.
