Kieran is back and not a day too soon. The reason it's taken so long is due to a very painful broken ankle he sustained while playing rugby. Following some brief hospitalisation he's been back home in Ireland getting some TLC from his mum and after spending two months with his leg in plaster and virtually no exercise Kieran shows us his current body status as he begins his before-and-after photoshoot and prepares for a brand new body for 2014.
