Same here. I used to love math, but that was in 3rd grade. Haha

I'm still in the hospital

Tests show that my gall bladder has stopped working. I go in for surgery tomorrow/today morning. I'm scared and nervous even though this is a simple surgery done many times a day. This is my first surgery ever, so I don't know how its all going to feel afterwards.

I'm looking forward to being with my daughter more often. Seen her once since sunday. I miss her soo much.

Anyway, I'm going to try for some sleep.

I just had my wisdom teeth removed a few days ago so I feel your surgery anxiety IF

dont worry though! The surgery will be totally fine, its the recovery process that's the worst!!

Worrying is natural, Handcuff. The trick is to learn how to shut it off when it becomes overwhelming. I used to lie awake at night worry about wildly implausible things (like contracting botulism or leprosy). Eventually, I learned to say "well, I can't do anything about that tonight. I'll deal with it tomorrow", and somehow that helped me turn off the worry voice enough to relax.

I remember when I had my tonsils taken out when I was 8 and I was scared shitless months before I actually had them taken out…I don’t remember why I stopped being scared so I have no good advise to give you other than what’s been said before.
