Went to the hospital earlier, and my mother was okay, luckily I wanted to go this afternoon rather than tonight, in order to avoid this bloke who was there last night visiting someone. Loud, gobby, opinionated, patronising...I wanted to get up and give him a smack across the face

So, I went to a family "event" today and survived. Got to visit with family I haven't seen in over a decade, so that was nice. Most of my cousins now have kids, so I also got to meet their spawn.

I love Omegle . . . I talked to a Turkish lad for about two hours, arguing about the treatment of the Kurdish people, lol He got mad and ended the conversation.

Just got back from town, spent about 2 and a half hours trying to find some black leather gloves in a perfect fit, and finally succeeded

Going to the hospital in an hour; it look like my mother might be getting discharged tomorrow
