The Rawk Correctional Institution known as RCI was one of the coolest bondage facilities I have ever seen. It was located in the Los Angeles area and during its heyday was visited by many bondage enthusiasts from all over the world. RCI has been closed for a few years now, but the videos we shot there never get old.
In this update we feature two great RCI videos titled 'Superhero God' and 'This Could Happen To You'. While you watch these videos you will see the kind of strict protocols and lock down procedures which were employed at RCI. Everything was by the book and no prisoner infraction went unnoticed. Yep. This place was a model for other such facilities.
