Cody Springs ran into his boy’s friend Zack Cook at the local gym. Cody had always admired Zack’s physique so he asked him for some pointers to help with building his biceps. Zack gave Cody a couple suggestions but he also told him that he looked fine just the way he is. Cody wanted a spotter but Zack had something else in mind. These guys really worked up a sweat at the gym but it was Cody’s ass that ended up getting a hard workout. He’ll have focus on his arms next time.
