This one is very extreme! I am cuffing my ankles with huge Clejuso handcuffs. Then my elbows are cuffed with hinged cuffs. My hands are cuffed and then I am hogcuffed using a pair of thumbcuffs! My tight metal collar is choking me a little when I lie on my stomach, so I need to keep moving… but I can not move much at all! Then a super tight ballgag is added! This is crazy
