Batwoman opens her eyes. She is on her knees in the middle of a platform, strapped and chained tightly, and her mouth full with an uncomfortably inflated rubber balloon gag. She tries to struggle, but she is fixed in place and all the movement only affects the crotch rope that was deviously tied in place. "What is Black Mask's plan for me? Why is he keeping me all tied up here? Where is my utility belt?" All questions racing through Batwoman's mind..

He pulls a satin scarf between her teeth and tightly cinches it. "Is that tight enough for you dear?" he replies.. Now completely helpless and unable to move an inch, she is satisfied.
