The title reference to "perversion" comes from the movie's concept: Each of these scenes features a gay boy, in total lust with a (supposedly) "straight" boy. The gay boy proceeds to get totally swept up within the daydream fantasy of what would happen, should their dreams come true.
That "dream", (haven't we all had this dream?) is to have the most absolutely Perfect sexual fuckfest (every position, every desired variation) with the boy of their dreams.
