Is there any chance at all that maybe the stapling of delicate parts could have been faked?

no, its not faked. their using a wood staplier, so thankfully its the equivilent of push pins or an ear piercer... they dont bend down like normal staples, they just go straight in

I'm no expert, but it looked real to me.

And for the wooden stapler, that answers my previous question about which one would hurt the most. I though they were normal pins that would bend... those would probably hurt alot more to remove.

I've never seen anything like this, and seems many of us didn't either. We're not used to such a weird thing?

I once accidentally stapled my thumb playing with one of those stapliers: pain as hell !!!

Well, this is the internet, so you can find worse thing than this for sure.

Worse i've seen was a documentary (that might or might not be real, not 100% sure) where a man got his penis cut with some kind of machette (he also gets killed BTW). I guess being a man i am pretty sensitive to this.

There was also a guy who decided to stick a glass bottle in his ass, and unfortunately for him, the bottle breaks and he starts to bleed like CRAZY! that was pretty bad and the broken half is still in his ass while he was to manually get it out with his hand. That one was probably on eFuck i think.
