Well said. Panties are an outstanding gag, especially if the crotch is placed in the right place! We've done this a lot too. I've also sometimes used thong panties as a more "full" gag, placing them in her mouth completely than taping over the lips - that produces some great mumbles!

What I dislike about gagging is that it prevents the sub from begging for leniency. Hearing the desperation in a sub's voice as he begs me to stop smacking his balls or working his nips is an amazing rush for me, because I can grant or deny the plea as it pleases me. I don't think you can get much more sense of power than that.
