The Presiding Patriarch, President Smith, has brought in a new recruit from the mission field:
Elder Pratt, an outgoing, daring, yet somewhat careless missionary, was caught watching porn at a public library on P-day.
When his mission president found out, Pratt was ordered to pack his bags and take the next bus to the mission office. Given the prominence of Elder Pratt’s family in the church, the mission president reached out to the presiding patriarch for council–President Smith.
After looking over Elder Pratt’s missionary profile, President Smith issued his recommendation that young Elder Pratt not be sent home dishonorably, but instead be given the opportunity to enter into the church’s reeducation program for wayward elders.
Such references to The Order are common, and several hours later Elder Pratt and President Smith were on the same flight heading toward The Order’s mission home.
On the flight, the Patriarch began disclosing the secrets of The Order to Elder Pratt.
The Patriarch’s suspicions about the wide-eyed Elder were soon confirmed when the usual signs of interest became apparent in the elder’s bulging black suit pants.
“I’ve scheduled your Inspection. It’s standard procedure,” whispered the Patriarch. “This won’t be a punishment initially, that will come later,” he said with a wink.
