Although most rules are arbitrary, some rules are not meant to be broken. Elder Mackey broke one of those rules recently:
He was caught watching one of the recorded ordination ceremonies without permission, which is strictly forbidden. Elder Mackey claimed they were left in his room, as if someone wanted him to watch them.
Elder Mackey was given a choice. He could endure disciplinary action from a member of the council, or he could be sent back to his mission and shipped home dishonorably.
