I think imo I am going with the idea that anything made or done mainly for the purpose of turning someone or groups of people on for their personal (or group) enjoyment without the person or object being in any way actually interacted with

Myself and ashlie are actually in the middle of writing a novel. A long one in a bit of the old Victorian style. But it has rather... explicit sexual scenes in it. And I mean down right filth. With alsorts of aspects (BDSM, control, vampirism, exploration, 'nilla).

I know people are gonna say it's a "porno book" but it simply isn't it's a realistic novel. Books always miss out sex: for obvious censorship reasons; but also because people are prudes. We're going along the route of say... Atwood and just being open about it.

I think maybe that influences what I'd consider as pornographic, though I still have no clear definition.

Pretty sure it's not a realistic novel if it's got vampirism.

I just wrote my own porn(by some definition)-novel though, we can be buddies.

So vampirism isn't part of BDSM erotica? It is a fetish

But nah it does have actual vamps in it, but not the Dracula or Twi-shyte ones. It is a fantasy gothic novel but aside form that, it is... real.

Also, prof from that class didn't define written porn, but defined erotica as purple prose, and demonstrated through doing some really girly poses. Then porn as... not that.

I think purple prose is hilarious, it's comedy, not erotica.
