insertion/abuse/humiliation?

Okay, so i'm not really sure if this is possible and thus am looking for some opinions.

I had a random thought the other day about how a fleshlight/insert could be worn internally (vaginally, perhaps altered to have a harness/belt keep it in place).
The idea just seems very humiliating in a way. Perhaps in the sense that someone would prefer using a piece of plastic rather than you and also enjoy the fact that it is giving you discomfort.

On that note I was curious if anyone had any thoughts on a spiked dildo (not the sharp kind, I imagine low fat 'dull' cone spikes would give more than enough discomfort).
Something a bit more extreme than the bumpy dildos.

I don't think you could vaginally insert the silicone piece of a Fleshlight--I don't think it would fit. What about a female condom?
