Idol In The Sky was Ryan Idols last hardcore feature, with him portraying a commander in a Top Gun-like Academy. Idol was undeniably one of the most popular and enduring superstars the industry has ever produced, and here he is as dazzling as ever. Sporting a military buzz-cut and fighter pilot wardrobe, he is the perfect blend of Tom Cruise and a Saturday Morning Cartoon Superhero. Director Taylor (Chi Chi LaRue) Hud gets good performances from the all-star cast. Theres not much of a plot; Idol plays a staunch Air Commander who doesnt mind mixing it up around the base. His scene with parachutist Bo Summers is a sizzler, they really get that Humvee hummin. Fans will get what they came to see - Ryan idol in three sex scenes. Sharon Kanes nominations-worthy music score is just great. Put Idol on the dvd player and watch him Fly.
