sounds like true to me but how do we know maybe we are all sane but everyone around us isn't?

And thus is the definition of madness....

If you are the only sane person in an insane world, then you are infact the one who is insane. And in that insanity, that which is sanity, what does one then use to determine the level of the sane to use such a distinction? For one would surmise that only the insane, being that which is insane, would need to be ranked by those who are sane and as such insane, reverting to a state of insanity....
