As I've said in the other thread, I shaved my head

I don't think I could have faced having my natural colour restored; I think it would have damaged it even more

I did this 8 weeks ago, but felt too self conscious to share, as I hated the way it looked for a long time It is thick enough to spike up now, and even though my brand new dye job has gone wrong, I still love my hair as it is now; it is really thick and soft, and not damaged

So although it was a bit traumatic to begin with, I do not regret shaving my head at all...but now it's going to take ages and ages for it to grow long again...

There is one pic, that my master took, but I felt so self conscious that I asked him not to show me until I was ready to see it...and that time hasn't come yet

Plus, he says that my face is clearly visible in the pic, and so are the red patches on my head, where I pressed a bit too hard with the razor I was sore for days with that, but it's been completely healed for a while now, so I'm happy

Well, it's probably a centimetre thick now, at a guess, and is probably not too far now from entering the 'puberty stage' I mentioned elsewhere in this thread...but luckily I have plenty of beanies and bandannas to hide it under, until it's long enough to be cut into a tidy style!
