I love medical bondage devices! This is a special extra small upper body brace with neck and head support. When you are strapped into this, you can not move your head at all. Not from side to side, but your neck is also rigid. No movement. If you want to bend over or turn, your whole body has to move. It is such a strange feeling, I love it!
