I've never heard of it, but it's sort of a variation on castration fantasies. And like castration, it's obviously not something one can practically live out.

Wait... circumcision is different from castration right? I thought circumcision is where they cut off that little skin and castration is where they... cut off your balls? Or your penis?

Circumcision is when the top part of the foreskin is removed. Castration is when the testicles are removed (hence the Italian "Castrati" singers)

Circumcision I'm sure has been carried out by some SM extremists - it's a common medical procedure for lots of reasons.

Often to castrate they'll inject a drug into the testicals that halts sperm production.
That or they clip or tie the tubes leading from the testicals to the penis.

The tie/clip method is reversable, the drug isn't.
