Ivy Vs. Kung Foo Ken
With the exception of a few very harsh looking bodyscissors (which Ken really doesn't take too well), this match starts off friendly but Ivy's older opponent gets cocky, and Ivy doesn't like that. Ivy gets aggressive and proceeds to be mean; she wants to humiliate him, she wants to hurt him, so she does!
This isn't a fun match. There is no friendly banter or nervous giggling. The eye contact between the two fighters is contentious, both of them are serious about their game. You could cut the atmosphere with a knife. Ivy's trash-talk is always fiercely mean but I am not sure she is used to her opponent talking back so much. Ken is not only known as "Kung Foo Ken", but now, "Cocky Ken" also. Both with deep, husky voices, the film sounds like a fight in a comic book movie between two villains.
The bodybuilder, who is also practising in MMA, gets rather aggressive once Ken has goaded her. He's sure asking for it! The man is thrown to the ground with such militance and force that he lands each time with a huge thud, his limbs are yanked so hard that he screams out. With slow, controlled, forceful moves merged with true aggression, Ivy pretty much dismantles him.
What a silly man. Getting cocky with Ivy is a very silly thing to do indeed.
