Have any of you been to India or any country where they wear towels on their heads? The arresting officer needs "fixing". We should concern owrselves on how to get Prissy in a cage!

Sparkie, your post makes little to know sense. What does India or Turbans have to do with getting Prissy into a cage? What is this arresting officer you refer to, and how do they need fixing? What does this have to do with this thread?
