Tyler describes a pretty sporty upbringing in his native South Africa, although now living in London. He plays rugby, cricket and tennis and as a fitness instructor with a sports focussed degree it sounds like he can turn his hand to pretty much any sport and excel. He has one of those naturally athletic shapes, not muscular from gym training but nicely defined from a mix of sports. His abs are pretty tight…and if you wait for the movie then you’ll be able to see me explore his abs…and a little further!
