This is a weird one, but I understand. I just haven't heard it expressed quite this way. I can't say I would be willing to do it this way, but I'd play it (fake it) this way.
Giving someone enough drugs to make them unconscious is a little beyond me, but I dated a woman who was prone to fainting, especially after a few orgasms. Sado, most 'date rape' drugs like GBH and Rohypnol carry with them a risk of respiratory distress (trouble breathing). Chloral hydrate (a 'Mickey Finn') seems to less dangerous but can cause rashes, intestinal issues and even kidney failure. So any drug that will honestly knock someone out for sex brings with it a risk of medical complications that you should at least be aware of. Getting your sub drunk and 'taking advantage' of her is slightly safer, but of course alcohol brings with it risk of vomiting.
