Maya begins tied to a wooden post. Her body is covered in rope and even her mouth is restrained. A leather flogger is used to terrorize her flesh and then a zipper is added to her already fragile flesh. Once it is complete, a. bowling ball is hung in front of her and the zipper is tied to it. She now holds her own fate in her precious teeth. The ball will drop as soon as she opens her mouth, including the first scream that escapes will make her suffer.
