Does anyone know if it's safe to use whisky, vodka etc. neat on sensitive body parts for sensation play? Or antiseptics, that sort of thing?

Well, alcohol has natural antiseptic properties and was often used for dressing injuries in the past, so it's not going to injure the sub that way. It might get absorbed through the soft tissues, which might lead to the sub getting a little drunk, depending on how much you use.
