Now, following the initiative and firm wish of the SLAVE, both parties agree as follows:

Scope, severity, and duration of any punishment are completely up to the caprice of the OWNER. Above all, the OWNER consents to punish the SLAVE mercilessly at least as severe as announced, and under no circumstances to diminish a punishment threatened in the case of no immediate compliance, lack of performance, or poor performance.
The OWNER, however, has every right to enlarge any punishment in any way She likes. There is no reason why punishment must commensurate with the offence committed by the SLAVE. In the opposite, it is being agreed explicitly that punishment may even be out of all proportion with regard to the misbehaviour of the SLAVE.
It is up to the sole discretion of the OWNER to decide whether there is a case of no immediate compliance, lack of performance, or poor performance. In the opposite, such decision holds true even if not valid at all. Similarly, any allegation of no immediate compliance or lack of performance if claimed by anyone must be taken as given. The SLAVE does not have the right to argue even the falsest allegation resulting in a severe punishment.
The OWNER consents to whip the SLAVE always with full power. Any begging for mercy shall be in vain, since for a slaveslut there is no mercy!
Whenever the OWNER decides to whip the SLAVE, She will fix him nude in chains in such a way that the SLAVE is vulnerably exposed to the whip. Nevertheless, the SLAVE must offer his ass for each strike of the whip as much as possible or the strike will not count. The OWNER shall do everything to ensure that the SLAVE will scream in pain, sob and beg for mercy, prepared to confess everything and do as he is told whatever it is! Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of this SLAVE CONTRACT may be modified and supplemented at any time at the sole discretion of the OWNER in whatever way She likes. The OWNER will scrutinize the SLAVE CONTRACT again and again and implement anything without scruple She may consider as an improvement in Her favour. Especially, She shall amend or add any rules which allow her more authority or cruelty. The SLAVE has no say with regard to such modifications or supplements.
This SLAVE CONTRACT will be concluded for an initial period of 2 years and subsequently will continue for an indefinite period of time up to the rest of the life of the SLAVE, if not terminated by the OWNER.
However, instead of terminating this SLAVE CONTRACT, the OWNER has the right to transfer this SLAVE CONTRACT to any other person, if She so wishes. She will do so without consent of the SLAVE in choice of the new OWNER. By means of a simple transfer of this SLAVE CONTRACT such person will then become the OWNER entitled to all rights. Along with the SLAVE CONTRACT all blackmail material will be transferred to the new OWNER for use at His or Her discretion.
Whoever is in possession of the SLAVE CONTRACT is the undisputed OWNER of the SLAVE and thus in the rightful position to exercise and enjoy the terms herein established. Any new OWNER has the right to alter this SLAVE CONTRACT at his or her gusto without that consent of the SLAVE is required.
It does not matter how many OWNERS the SLAVE may have, and all of the SLAVE´s OWNERS will see that the SLAVE is never free again.
The SLAVE has absolutely no right to terminate this SLAVE CONTRACT. Even buying himself out of the SLAVE CONTRACT is nothing doing, as it is not all about financial blackmail. In the opposite, any attempt of the SLAVE to ask the OWNER to let him out of the SLAVE CONTRACT must be rejected and will be subject to most severe punishment.
In order to avoid that the SLAVE may consider escaping from his obligations, it is agreed upon that the OWNER in such an attempt will publish all documents, pics, and clips not only to the net, but in addition ensure that all friends and neighbours of the SLAVE will get access to these files. It is agreed upon that this will materialise automatically, should the OWNER decide to terminate the SLAVE CONTRACT instead of transferring it. As a standing rule the SLAVE must at all times wear eye-catching feminine earrings, put on dark red permanent waterproof lipstick, and have his finger- and toenail lengthened by acrylic nails of one inch in length, painted in dark red to match his lip stick. As footwear only pumps or boots with high heels of at least 6 inches again in matching dark red are allowed for the SLAVE. It is the firm wish of the SLAVE that his lips shall get tattooed permanently in dark red if the OWNER grabs hold of him only once without these items. Indoors the SLAVE shall either be completely nude apart from his chastity belt and his steel collar or dressed in a most humiliating sissy outfit of revealing and ridicule sluttish look. Penalties and punishments

In particular, the OWNER will take care that the ass and body of the SLAVE are never without prominent bruises and welts. Especially, next to cruel punishments in connexion with the execution of orders the OWNER has the right to whip and torture the SLAVE without any reason, just for Her pleasure. She undertakes to make regularly use of this right.
Scope, severity, and duration of any punishment are completely up to the caprice of the OWNER. Above all, the OWNER consents to punish the SLAVE mercilessly at least as severe as announced, and under no circumstances to diminish a punishment threatened in the case of no immediate compliance, lack of performance, or poor performance.
The OWNER, however, has every right to enlarge any punishment in any way She likes. There is no reason why punishment must commensurate with the offence committed by the SLAVE. In the opposite, it is being agreed explicitly that punishment may even be out of all proportion with regard to the misbehaviour of the SLAVE.
It is up to the sole discretion of the OWNER to decide whether there is a case of no immediate compliance, lack of performance, or poor performance. In the opposite, such decision holds true even if not valid at all. Similarly, any allegation of no immediate compliance or lack of performance if claimed by anyone must be taken as given. The SLAVE does not have the right to argue even the falsest allegation resulting in a severe punishment.
The OWNER consents to whip the SLAVE always with full power. Any begging for mercy shall be in vain, since for a slaveslut there is no mercy!
Whenever the OWNER decides to whip the SLAVE, She will fix him nude in chains in such a way that the SLAVE is vulnerably exposed to the whip. Nevertheless, the SLAVE must offer his ass for each strike of the whip as much as possible or the strike will not count. The OWNER shall do everything to ensure that the SLAVE will scream in pain, sob and beg for mercy, prepared to confess everything and do as he is told whatever it is! However, the OWNER undertakes to grant no mercy.
In the opposite, begging for mercy or other attempts to reduce punishment shall be considered as unpermitted speaking and must entail most brutal and merciless punishment and severe torture. For the SLAVE only permanent most servile behaviour may, but not must, keep punishments at a bearable level, but with no guarantee given even then. The OWNER claims the right to make all punishments as severe and cruel as She desires.
The OWNER will gag the SLAVE if She feels being disturbed or bothered by his cries. Furthermore, the OWNER has the right to keep the SLAVE permanently gagged at all times, other than for feeding or oral servitude, if She so desires, as the SLAVE no longer has the right to speak.
Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of this SLAVE CONTRACT may be modified and supplemented at any time at the sole discretion of the OWNER in whatever way She likes. The OWNER will scrutinize the SLAVE CONTRACT again and again and implement anything without scruple She may consider as an improvement in Her favour. Especially, She shall amend or add any rules which allow her more authority or cruelty. The SLAVE has no say with regard to such modifications or supplements.
This SLAVE CONTRACT will be concluded for an initial period of 2 years and subsequently will continue for an indefinite period of time up to the rest of the life of the SLAVE, if not terminated by the OWNER.
However, instead of terminating this SLAVE CONTRACT, the OWNER has the right to transfer this SLAVE CONTRACT to any other person, if She so wishes. She will do so without consent of the SLAVE in choice of the new OWNER. By means of a simple transfer of this SLAVE CONTRACT such person will then become the OWNER entitled to all rights. Along with the SLAVE CONTRACT all blackmail material will be transferred to the new OWNER for use at His or Her discretion.
Whoever is in possession of the SLAVE CONTRACT is the undisputed OWNER of the SLAVE and thus in the rightful position to exercise and enjoy the terms herein established. Any new OWNER has the right to alter this SLAVE CONTRACT at his or her gusto without that consent of the SLAVE is required.
It does not matter how many OWNERS the SLAVE may have, and all of the SLAVE´s OWNERS will see that the SLAVE is never free again.
The SLAVE has absolutely no right to terminate this SLAVE CONTRACT. Even buying himself out of the SLAVE CONTRACT is nothing doing, as it is not all about financial blackmail. In the opposite, any attempt of the SLAVE to ask the OWNER to let him out of the SLAVE CONTRACT must be rejected and will be subject to most severe punishment.
In order to avoid that the SLAVE may consider escaping from his obligations, it is agreed upon that the OWNER in such an attempt will publish all documents, pics, and clips not only to the net, but in addition ensure that all friends and neighbours of the SLAVE will get access to these files. It is agreed upon that this will materialise automatically, should the OWNER decide to terminate the SLAVE CONTRACT instead of transferring it.
