Of course there is a disclaimer. Every company out there has one, it's their 'get out of jail free' card.
They may say it is for 'display only' but if that were truly the case why sell a fully functioning product? It is a medieval torture device designed with the sole purpose to inflict serious injury or death. That doesn't mean we can't still have a little fun with it ... make a few modifications.
Iron Maiden- Remove the spikes and you have a perfectly good sensory deprivation chamber.
The Judas Chair- Ooooh, just use your imagination.
The Spanish Donkey- same as above.
The Pear of Anguish- I've known a man or two that could use that term.
The Scavenger's Daughter- What sub wouldn't enjoy that position?
