hello this is my first post i am nto sure this is even the right place to be posting it but i have recived my cb6000 in the mail today and am in to proccess of trying it i iwll see if i can sleep through the night with it to begind with then i am not sure how long i will go for my first attempt Mistreses are free to give their input

Not a mistress, but I'd advise not wearing it overnight the first time. Wear it in the day so you can check it isn't going to somehow hurt you (I don't have the bits for that, so I'm not positive how).
