As with other Catalina titles the Channel 1 website contradicts itself. The listed duration indicates that this is the same version as the 2004 Catalina release (i.e. the original unaltered feature film) but the accompanying description states the movie has extra footage added (i.e. the completely recut 20th Anniversary Edition).
