New cuffs yippie

Hi guys

My new leather cuffs arrived in the mail today an they are positively enticing!!!

My question is, as they are new they are quite stiff and I personally do not want to hurt myself by pulling against them... Does anyone have any suggestions on how to soften them so they are a little more flexible and give a little?

I want to test them out on Sunday!!!

Thanks for the response, however it appears that would make a rather large smell..

is there any other non smelly ways?

You may not get as much of a smell as you think. The alcohol evaps pretty quickly and the vasoline will enhance the leather smell. Try it on an old belt and see how it works out.
Saddle soap, followed by mink oil (made by Kiwi) will also soften and not deter the leather smell.

I understand your concern - Gotta keep that smell.

Just in case you didn't know, there are leather scented candles that can really help in scene setup...... Just don't let them burn down to the bottom, they completely change their smell at the very end.
