Agent Black and Agent Wood have been sent to find out top secret information from the CEO. The information he has they need and they will do anything to get it. They interrogate and torture him, first by tickling him to try and get the information out of it. This doesn't work so they upgrade their methods using a mean pair of nipple clamps to twist and turn and make his nipples very sore.
