My sub has a bad habit of not informing me if she's going to be away for more than 24 hours, she doesn't do it on purpose but I want to teach her. The problem though is she's long distance, and she lives with her son and father, so any of the punishments I normally would have in mind, such as kneeling on rice for 5 minutes for each day that she's away aren't really possible. Any suggestions?
